Rate Applications

	License/Permit Types	Description
	Pensioner Concession Rate Rebate Application	This application is for Rate Payers to apply for a pensioner concession rebate. Applications can only be submitted by the pensioner or by someone with power of attorney. If joint owners are eligible for a pensioner concession and they are not a spouse, a separate application will need to be completed by each owner to receive the maximum rebate, otherwise only a partial rebate will be granted.

Footway Trading

Please ensure you have reviewed the Footway Trading Policy prior to lodging an application.

	A Frames	Select this option to submit an A-Frame application - If you are renewing, you will need to lodge in person.
	Footway Trading	Select this option to submit a Footway trading/outdoor dining application - If you are renewing, you will need to lodge in person.

Health

	License/Permit Types	Description
	Cooling Towers	Select this option to register your Cooling Towers
	Food - Premises Registration	Select this option to register your new Food Premises or if you have changed your trading name or if there has been a change of owner.
	Food - Home Based Food Businesses	Select this option to register a Home-Based Food Business.
	Food - Temporary Food Premises	Select this option to register a Temporary Food Premises. Use this option for Food Trucks or Vans or events and/or markets.
	Mortuary	Select this option to register your Mortuary Business.
	Petroleum Storage System	Select this option to register your Underground Petroleum Storage System (UPSS).
	Public Swimming Pool	Select this option to register a Public Swimming Pool.
	Shared Accommodation	Select this option to register a Shared Accommodation Premises
	Skin Penetration	Select this option to register a Skin Penetration Premises.
